Our mission statement per se is that we don’t offer ‘standard’ tours because we have yet to meet a ‘standard’ person. Every trip is different, unique and personal, and that’s exactly how we treat them. When we receive a contact enquiry from someone, the first thing we like to do is phone them and personally introduce ourselves, and outline what we can offer them.
Once we get a feel for what type of trip is required in terms of duration, vacation type, accommodation preferences, attractions and budget, we come up with a suggested itinerary. Then we go back and forth with the guest(s) and ‘tweak’ the plan until they are fully satisfied. We then book everything (excluding the air) on their behalf, thus removing a lot of stress and hassle from them!
